To open a new water account with the City of Wills Point we will need the following:
- Picture ID (Drivers License or TX ID card)
- Affidavit of Occupancy for Renter’s (to be prepared by Landlord if renting – prior to service)
- Service Agreement
- $200.00 deposit ($150.00 for home owners or Commercial accounts)
We accept cash, check, money order or credit cards. All payment must be made in full prior to granting service.
Water Bills are due by the 15th each month. There is a $15.00 late fee assessed for all past due balances on the 16th day of the month. Water service will be terminated on the 26th day of the month with a $35.00 administrative fee assessed on the 26th of the month for all past due accounts (no exceptions or extensions.) An additional $50.00 fee is due for all after hours re-connections.

Residential Garbage Pick-up is each Tuesday. Please have your garbage in bags (which can be placed in a container) curbside by 7:30 a.m. to ensure pick-up. Garbage service is provided by Sanitation Solutions (903) 784-0124 and billed to each residential customer on the water bill.
Commercial dumpsters and Commercial polycarts are available please contact City Hall to set up service at: (903)873-2578, option #0 – The City of Wills Point will bill each Commercial customer for garbage service as well on the water bill.
Roll-off containers are available through Ferris Container Service – please call them directly to set service up at: (972)286-1800
